Creative Child Care Program

If your student is not enrolled in the Creative Child Care (CCC) program and is placed in the program by a staff member because they have arrived to early or have not been picked up at an appropriate time after school, you will be assessed a fee beginning October 1st.

Fee assessments 
1st placement $3.50
2nd placement $6.25
3rd placement $25.00 registration fee and $8.25 for the session fee

If your student must register, reduced rates may apply.

‡ The 4th dose of polio vaccine must be administered on or after child's fourth birthday. This applies only to kindergarten for 2010-2011.
§ Physician documentation of disease history, including month and year, is proof for preschool, kindergarten and 1st grade students. A signed statement from the parent/guardian indicating history of disease, including month and year is required for children in Grades 2-12.

Student Absences

Remember to call the office when your child is going to be absent or late. If you have been to the doctor, please send verification from the doctor's office. Please call everyday that your child is out. It is very important to keep the school informed of your child's absences.
